I first became interested in joining as my husband was here and had started to see some pretty head turning results, so naturally it seemed like the right place to go to.  I was a little nervous about joining initially as I hadn’t trained for a long time and I didn’t want to look stupid in front of a group of people but knowing how unfit and overweight my husband was when he started , it put me at ease a little.

I’ve been here for just over 3 years now, I’ve lost weight, feel much fitter and stronger.  The atmosphere is great, and it’s great to be in an environment where there are people of a similar age, have similar goals and led by trainers who don’t judge, keep it real and are a great laugh to be around.
